We conducted targeted workshops with representatives from each team. These sessions mapped the actual product development journey, identified pain points, and uncovered hidden knowledge that existed only in the minds of experienced team members.
Design:
We designed a comprehensive solution centred around a SharePoint hub. Our design included various content types—videos, infographics, interactive guides, and documentation—all structured to provide both high-level overviews and detailed process information.
Building the Solution:

Professional explainer videos outlined the entire product development journey, helping teams understand how their work connected to the broader process.
Role-Specific Guides:
Targeted video content detailed responsibilities and workflows for specific roles within the commercial team.
