The Project
This project aimed to identify and resolve the confusion among colleagues regarding a particular process. The focus was on promoting consistency.
The Solution
After conducting interviews across multiple teams, we discovered that the team had already created incredible content. The learners stated I had already completed my e learning and the content they relied on for their roles wasn't on their LMS, it was on SharePoint. Instead of recreating everything, we designed a user-friendly SharePoint site to house the content and highlight any additional content gaps.
